Here's my suggested route for this evening... mostly flat with the Watsonburg and the Arkell sprint right at the end.

Hope to see you all tonight

And just as a warning: if you see a rider in assless, knitted compression shorts jump off the front tonight just let him go: he's just trying to get some exposure for his clothing manufacturer and isn't a contender for the GC title.

Terrific ride tonight, the group stayed together for the most part.

According to my Garmin, we rode 58.31km in 2:03:11 for a 33.0 km/h average. Thanks to Chris for the scenic tour of rural Cambridge.

Kevin "the Compressionator" Berger won both Watsonburg climb and the sprint into Arkell, though allegations of "technical doping" have been levied.

Thanks everybody.

Your Garmin does interesting math. I find the 33 kph somewhat intimidating, but not the 58.31 km in 2:03:11.

I swear I just like to make high pitch whirring sounds as I climb....what's wrong with that? I thought everyone did it.

The Garmin satellites are not out of whack but my head is.

Revised stats: Distance: 58.31km in 1:46:04 for a 33.0 km/h average.

Now that's a moving average - my computer stops automatically at lights and so on - and we had some breaks to regroup.

Still, not too shabby.

Mike deserves a knock in the head for forgetting his login ID / Password. And a second for *not* logging me out when he said he did.... Tim deserves my new forum signature for just being Tim.
