Sunday Road Ride | October 31st @ 11:00 am

The ride is offically canceled. It seems that between the weather and my general popularity that I am the only person to have signed up for the ride. Not the way we would have wanted the last official club ride of the year to go but thats life. Thank you all for such a great season in spite of all the goings on in the world.

Let’s see if I will be 0 for 3 on leading Sunday rides. It has been a very wet year.

Start time to 11:00 am. It will be getting increasingly windy as the day progresses. We will earn our pay.

Nice scenic route through Acton, Glen Williams, and Limehouse. Lots of places to stop and refresh along the route. This is 110km form the start back to the church at Arkell and Watson. This route will take us through some nice fall scenery. We can adjust the length of the route to suite the conditions and or the wants of the group.

Thursday Advanced Rides | September 9th @ 6:00 pm

*** Post ride Gathering at Fixed Gear Brewing (20 Alma St) ***

It will be chilly for this ride. Bring your warm kit and blinky lights! Sunset is 7:45. I have shamelessly borrowed Mathew’s route from last week and I shortened the A & B/C rides. If time is really an issue we can cut the B/C ride further at Moffat. I have shortened the A ride less and that group can ride really fast to get home on time or shorten in the bottom of the route as they see fit. Anyone shed from the A group can shortcut to get back on with the B/C if they are dropped in the extended part of the route.

Sunday B Ride – September 29th – 9:00am Start

Third time lucky? We have tried to run this route twice this month only to be weathered out. Let’s hope this time works.

We are now moving the start time to 9 am to allow for a few extra precious degrees of warmth when we roll out! Nice scenic route through Acton, Glen Williams, and Limehouse. Lots of places to stop and refresh along the route. This is 110km form the start back to the church at Arkell and Watson.

Sunday A & B Ride – September 15th – 9:00am Start

The Weather is not looking good. Rain is coming and we will be wet and cold by 11am with some more rain to follow. At least this is what the radar is predicting. I am making the call to cancel the ride. However, if it looks like it will clear up for the afternoon check back here and I will post some details for a potential non-official club ride for this afternoon.

BOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
Heading Strait for us!

Sunday August 4 |A/B Ride| 8:00am

Something Different. Stops in Elora and Fergus (if needed). Roads that many of you may not have ever ridden. Nothing crazy and a few smooth rail trail sections with a dam surprise. Lots of options for the A group to add some distance and climbs around the Watson road hills.
